The following are samples of the lease and parking agreements for your review. If you have a vehicle and require parking please complete a parking agreement. Any vehicle without a Bloomsburg Schoolhouse parking sticker for that semester will be subject to ticketing and towing. The fee charged by the towing company is at least $150. Spaces go fast, so please arrange for parking at the same time you complete and return your lease.

Utilities are paid directly by the tenant.

Each tenant will receive an utility sheet including meter numbers prior to the start of the lease.
